Our Story
Vermont Castleworks began with a simple conviction: that the craft of coffee and the art of the cocktail deserve the same reverence. Not as separate worlds, but as one continuous practice.
Located on Hobbs Road in the heart of Milton, our space was designed to feel like a sanctuary — where the morning ritual of a perfect espresso flows naturally into the evening ritual of a carefully crafted drink. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just the work, done well.
